Apply To Digital Boost
The first step in the Digital Boost process is to complete an application form. This application form will be reviewed by the Digital Boost Review Committee and, if approved, the project goes to the first phase, assessment.
You will sign a contract with a Qualified Technology Provider and there will be a Statement of Work developed for each phase of the project that outlines the project details and timeline.
Assessment Phase
During the assessment period, a Statement of Work will be developed between you and the Qualified Technology Provider. This Statement of Work will be reviewed by the Digital Boost Review Committee to ensure it meets the goals of the program. The assessment phase is budgeted at a maximum of $5,000 with 75 percent of those costs covered by the program and you will pay the remaining 25 percent of those costs. Once approved, the project can begin.
Implementation Phase
If the assessment is successful, and the customer wants to move to full implementation, the Digital Boost Qualified Technology Provider will prepare a Statement of Work (SOW) and contract for the customer and once approved by the Digital Boost Review Committee, the project may begin.
The total project is capped at $50,000, with 75 percent coming from the Digital Boost program and the recipient required to contribute the remaining 25 percent. Any cost overruns are to be borne 100 percent by the recipient.
